After more than three decades of pastoral and nonprofit leadership, I’ve come to believe that the life of faith is shaped as much by our daily practices as by our extraordinary moments.
Through teaching, speaking, and facilitating retreats, I invite audiences into honest reflection and practical spiritual formation. My hope is that people leave not just inspired, but more able to recognize and respond to God in everyday life.

I have led contemplative retreats for many years and currently serve in Christian camp leadership near Yosemite. I also co-host the Dallas Willard and Friends podcast for Dallas Willard Ministries.
Dr. Tiffany Staman
Tiffany is a spiritual director, teacher, retreat leader, and longtime ministry executive. Her background includes pastoral ministry, nonprofit leadership, and leading Calvin Crest Conferences in Oakhurst, California. She earned a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation from Azusa Pacific University and certification in spiritual direction from Friends University’s Apprentice Institute.
